Form Based Code Update
Council is requesting a 60-day deferral of the Form Based Code at the Environmental Planning Commission. We will ask the EPC to hear the Code for the first time at their February 21, 2008 meeting.
In the meantime, we are working on scheduling additional informational meetings with the public on the Form Based Code. As soon as dates, times, and locations have been determined, we will post details for all meetings on the Council's Form Based Code website. Please stay tuned.
