James Dwyer Memorial Police Substation and Canine Skyline Dog Park Open!

James Dwyer Memorial Police Substation

James Dwyer Memorial Police Substation is open!  It is located at Montgomery and Landau just one block east of Tramway.  This beautiful facility had been unoccupied for several years as budget and personnel issues forced us to consolidate at the Jeff Russell Memorial Substation (12800 Lomas Blvd. NE).  The Dwyer Mini-Sub is being manned by Scott Maddox and is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.  You may file police reports, pick up police reports, request crime statistics or crime analysis reports and receive crime prevention material at this location.  Scott Maddox can be reached at (505)-332-5254.

Canine Skyline Dog Park

Also, the first dog park in District 8 is open!  It is located at Montgomery and Spanish Bit just one block east of Tramway.  The grand opening was held on Saturday December 10th and was a huge success.  We passed out bags full of doggie treats courtesy of Pet Vet and also hosted a pet adoption.
