Description
The Finance and Government Operations Committee has the charge of and jurisdiction over all ordinances, resolutions, and other matters relating to finances, taxation and the indebtedness of the City, and the appropriation of City funds; the lease, purchase and sale or real estate, and all other financial business of the City government including other business that may be referred to it by the Council. The Finance and Government Operations Committee meets on a regular basis on the second Monday of each month, and on the fourth Monday of each month if needed.
