North Valley Code Amendments for Residential Zones

North Valley Map.JPGCouncilor O’Malley, members of a volunteer steering committee, City Council Services and ARC planning consultants have been working to address methods to retain what remains of North Valley character in light of the goals stated in both the North Valley Area Plan and in sector plans for subareas of the North Valley.

This effort has resulted in a proposed North Valley Design Overlay Zone.
