City Councilor Brad Winter (District 4) was elected President of the City Council at the first meeting of the Eighteenth Council on Monday, December 3, 2007.
Councilor Winter was elected in October to his third term representing District 4. He has served as City Council President three times:
- 2000-2001
- 2001-2002
- 2004-2005
He is the Senior Councilor having served longer than any other current Councilor.
Councilor Debbie O'Malley of District 2 and previous Council President was elected Vice-President.
