City Councilor Brad Winter is serving as City Council Vice-President. He represents District 4, Albuquerque's Northeast Heights. He is the longest serving City Councilor and was elected in October 1999.
One of Councilor Winter's recent priorities has been the creation of the Task Force on Behavioral Health.
