Photocopies of the above — along with city ordinances, resolutions, executive communications, and other historical data — are available by request to the general public and city employees.
All activities surrounding municipal and special elections, and referenda are also the responsibility of this office.
The Office of the City Clerk and staff are located in Basement Level Room 2041 of the City/County Building. This office maintains municipal records as mandated by state statute and our City Charter.
The Office of the City Clerk strives to improve the quality of service at each location lawfully and through sound management practices.
