The New Mexico Secretary of State and the Bernalillo County Clerk are responsible for maintaining voter registration information. For information on registering to vote, voter eligibility or to change your registration information visit either the New Mexico Secretary of State or the Bernalillo County Clerk
How to Re-register
Voter registration is permanent in the State of New Mexico. However if you have moved, changed your name, or changed your party affiliation, you need to update your voter registration information with the County Clerk.
