Party Packages at the Zoo

Birthday party packages may be booked through the Taste of the Wild catering service at (505) 848-7123.

• Package A: Child's admission, choice of quesadilla, hot dog, corn dog or grilled cheese; chips; a soft drink; personalized cake (1/4 sheet) and ice cream. $275 for 12 children and $22.00 for each additional child. Adult admissions sold separately.

Parties at the Aquarium

Enjoy a birthday meal next to the fishes at the Shark Reef Cafe!

The cafe offers a special menu and reserved seating for your group. Order a cake and ice cream ahead of time or bring your own. Reservations are required and admission is not included. Please call (505) 848-7123.

Do-It-Yourself Birthday

You can host your own small birthday celebration during regular business hours (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.).  No outside catering is allowed and each member of the party must pay regular admission to enter.

Celebrations can take place in areas open to picnicking, such as the Botanic Garden's Festival Green, the plaza in front of the Aquarium, the grassy areas at Tingley or the Zoo's Cottonwood Park. Please remember that no food or drinks are allowed inside the Aquarium.

Birthdays at the BioPark with no catering do not require a reservation.  Group rates are not available for birthday parties.

Restrictions

For the safety of animals and other visitors, please leave balloons, pinatas, Frisbees, balls of any kind, alcohol and noise makers at home -- they are prohibited. Please plan to clean up your own trash and wrapping paper.
