Online Virtual Presentation

"Six Degrees of Mabel: Mabel Dodge Luhan and the Artists of Northern New Mexico" is a presentation by docent David Bowers that explores the connections between Luhan (1879–1962) and members of the art and literary communities in Santa Fe and Taos. Mabel was born in New York and settled permanently in Taos in 1918. Featured in the tour are works by about ten artists from the Museum’s permanent art collection whose lives intersected with Mabel’s.
