Alzheimer's in New Mexico

More than 38,000 New Mexicans are suffering from Alzheimer's disease and the emotional and financial costs to family caregivers create a tremendous burden. Every 69 seconds, someone is diagnosed with Alzheimer's. One in eight baby boomers will receive a diagnosis.

Alzheimer's is progressive and fatal.

Since 1981 the Alzheimer's Association has worked to assist all those affected by the disease, help to fund research and promote brain health.
