  • What does the family membership include? 

Up to six people within a family; at least one member must be 18+

  • How long is the membership good for?

One year

  • How many people are covered with this membership?

Up to 6 people including the member.

  • Can I bring more than 6 people with me?

Yes you can, however only the first 6 will be covered with this membership.  You can bring others by paying the regular admission fees

  • What days and hours are you open?

  • Where is Explora?

  • What facilities do you have?

Designated picnic/eating areas.

  • Can I bring food and drink in?

Yes, you can bring your own food and drink.  No alcoholic beverages allowed.

  • Can I bring glass bottles?

Yes, as long as they have lids.

  • Can I rent a wheelchair or stroller?

Unfortunately we do not have these to rent or use. You are able to bring your own, our facilities are handicap and stroller accessible.

  • When will I get my membership card?

Membership cards will be mailed within one month of calling 311 to register

  • Can I pick up my membership card?

Membership cards will be mailed within one month of calling 311 to register

  • I haven’t received my membership card; it’s been over a month, what do I do?

Please call 311

  • Can I still get a membership even if I don’t have any children?

Yes you can, your membership is valid for up to 6 including yourself.

  • What if I am not an AHA client?

You can feel free to visit us and pay the regular admission or become a member.
