The Chenopod classification covers common weeds like pigweed (amaranth) and Russian Thistle, and common shrubs such as Fourwing Saltbrush and Greasewood. Worldwide there are over 1000 plants in the Chenopodiaceae family. Many of these cause can allergic reactions.
