The Air Quality Program’s Analysis of Application #3278 is available for review and comment for 30 days

The City of Albuquerque Environmental Health Department’s Air Quality Program (Program) is notifying the public, in accordance with 20.11.41.14.C(1) NMAC, that the Program’s Analysis is available for review and comment for 30 days at the Program office at One Civic Plaza NW, 3rd floor, room 3047, Albuquerque, NM 87102.  The comment period ends March 25, 2018.

Application Information

The Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority has submitted an application for an air quality construction permit to the Program. The owner of the facility is Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority. The facility, ABCWUA North Valley Stockpile, is located at 5408 2nd Street NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107. This application file has been assigned Permit Application No. 3278.

 

Expected Date to Make Final Decision on the Permit Application: on or before March 26, 2018.
