Calculation Categories

 

Registrations:
  • $189
Emergency Generators and Gasoline Service and Fleet Stations:
  • Permits $45 per whole ton of each fee *CAP’s or **HAP’s
or
  • With Minimum fee $315 (whichever is greater)
Major source of HAP’s:
  • Permits $45 per whole ton of each fee *CAP’s
or
  • $315 per whole ton of each fee **HAP’s (whichever is greater)

Fugitive Dust Programmatic Permits:
  • $130 per impact acre total
  • No Impact, multiply acres by 0
  • Low Impact, multiply acres by 0.1
  • Moderate Impact, multiply acres by 0.5
  • High Impact, multiply acres by 0.9
(Calculated on 5 year billing cycle for permits less than $25 per year)
All other source categories:
  • Permits $45 per whole ton of each fee CAP’s or HAP’s
  • With Minimum fee $189
*CAP = Criteria Air Pollutants, as shown on permit
**HAP = Hazardous Air Pollutants, as shown on permit
