They stand ready to serve the travelers, employees and guests of the Sunport with their spiritual needs.

Chaplain Martinez 

Chaplain Martinez

Chaplain Lloyd Martinez is on site at the airport usually on Tuesday morning. Chaplain Martinez has been an ordained minister (deacon) for over 32 years. He is retired from the U. S. Air Force as supervisor over the water/wastewater and entomology operations at Kirtland Air Force Base. Deacon Martinez holds a BA degree in humanities and a BA degree in Theology from the University of Santa Fe. He has accrued 4 CPEs as a hospital chaplain. He currently serves as a deacon at Sangre de Cristo parish.

Chaplain Bruckner 

Chaplain Bruckner

Chaplain Don Bruckner is on site at the airport usually on Wednesday morning. Chaplain Bruckner has been an ordained minister (deacon) for over 36 years. He is retired from the U. S. Air Force where he served as a senior pilot and systems engineering officer for 20 years. He currently serves as a chaplain for the Albuquerque Police Department and as a deacon at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande parish. He has BEE & MS degrees in electrical engineering, and BA, MBA, & PhD degrees in Religious Studies. His judicatory is the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Santa Fe.

Chaplain Calderon 

Chaplain Calderon

Chaplain Lordes Calderon is on site at the airport usually on Friday afternoon. Besides serving as an airport chaplain, she serves as pastor of St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church. Rev. Calderon has been an ordained minister for over 4 years. She has a B.S. degree in education having served as an elementary school teacher for 18 years. She is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Theology from Southern Methodist University. Her judicatory is the United Methodist Church (New Mexico Conference).
