Travelers through the Albuquerque International Sunport now have an additional long-term parking option. A newly constructed lot offers an additional 357 uncovered parking spots and features self-pay exit terminals that will only accept credit or debit cards.
The lot is located to the east of the parking structure, near the cell phone waiting lot, and can be accessed via the arrival level to Girard or via Gibson to Girard. There are two entrance and two exit lanes and the lot will not be staffed, but an intercom will connect customers to a parking attendant, at any hour, should they need assistance. The daily rate is $7, identical to the existing long-term parking lot. The lot is accessible any time and is monitored by video camera and patrolled by Aviation Police.
