The Mid-Region Council of Governments will be holding a public meeting from 6pm to 8pm on Monday June 25th, 2012 at the Heights Community Center. The meeting will include an overview of the study and an introduction to the consultant and study teams, followed by an open house to gather your thoughts and feedback on your travel experiences within and to the area.
The goal of this study is to identify a transit system that will improve accessibility to and mobility within the area that best meets the current and future travel needs. This study will also identify features of land use, parking, housing, and business activities that can support both the transit system and the interests of the residents, institutions, businesses, and visitors to the area.
